Super low sodium sour plum with Umami dashi from kombu (Sea kelp). Made with quality kombu from Hokkaido prefecture in Japan. Reduced salt and a rich dashi flavor, good pairs with various Japanese meals, like soba, udon, curry rice, and ginger pork.
Tip: When cooked with rice instead of dashi, it adds plenty of umami from “Kishu Nanko-bai” and it would be a flavorful rice.
Store in a cool dark place away from high tempter and humidity.
